Baby Blue

Kinneret College final project, 2022

Babyblue is a band. I recorded and produced this EP as my final project for my Diploma in Sound Engineering at Kinneret College (2022).

The project, “100% natural project”, was the recording and mixing of a four-song EP – Trapped, Left Behind, Must Be Something and For the Night – in an RnB / soul style. Alongside the production, I researched how wind and brass instruments sound when recorded outside the studio compared with inside it. Sessions took place at the Kinneret College studios, a grand-piano studio in Even Menachem and the Kibbutz Kinneret dining hall.
